Sinqobile Mngadi is a Project Coordinator: Study Facilitator for the RICE 2 study in the Gender and Health Research Unit. She first joined the RICE Project in 2014 as a Trauma Counsellor and worked for the duration of the project. She returned in 2021 to start in her new position as Project Coordinator. The RICE 2 study focuses on offering rape survivors emotional support and PrEP.  Sinqobile’s duties involve coordinating translation and adaptation of documents (manuals, questionnaires and consent forms), facilitation of intervention sessions, and coordinating other study logistics. She is also involved in the RICE qualitative work.
