RCD Scholarships Portfolio Master’s Scholarships in the field of Biostatistics/
Statistics (GHRU) aimed at enhancing statistical
The scholarships portfolio at RCD comprised of
main scholarship programmes as listed in the modelling capacity among women researchers and
table above. During this reporting period, RCD students, and the SAPRIN Nodal PhD Fellowship
has also assisted with the administration of several (SAPRIN) aimed at advancing knowledge and
scholarship programmes hosted by different SAMRC capacity development in SAPRIN nodes. All RCD
units i.e., the Chan Soon-Shiong Family Foundation scholarship programmes are aimed at developing
Scholarship programme (GIPD) which is aimed at and transforming health research capacity in SA. The
building biomanufacturing capacity in Africa, the funded scholars within our programmes are mainly
