11.  SAMRC’s Performance Information


            11.1.   Programme 1: Administer health research effectively and efficiently, and in
                    accordance with good corporate governance practices.
            Impact Statement
            Strengthening of corporate governance processes towards a clean audit opinion from the Auditor-General
            South  Africa  (AGSA)  and  directing  most  financial  resources  towards  research,  capacity  development  and
            innovation.
