HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT
Equity Target and Employment Equity Status
It is important to note that the Employment Equity targets are in line with the EE reporting period from 01
October 2024 to 30 September 2025. These targets are continuously monitored to intervene and minimize
variances. The development and implementation of the customised leadership development programme
to equip SAMRC leaders and develop a pipeline for senior leaders in the organisation, is a key strategy to
address the challenges identified at senior management level.
