               Attiya Lebogang Setai, grew up in the Vaal Triangle. After completing her BSc in Biochemistry, it was difficult
               to find employment. She applied and completed the Advanced Diploma in Cosmetic Formulation Science
               at the Hair and Skin Research Lab, at UCT in 2021. This July, she completed the three-year programme at
               the world renown Symrise AG Perfumery School, in Holzminden, Germany. Attiya is the first South African
               to achieve this accolade. She acknowledges the Formulations training team at UCT for preparing her for this
               once in lifetime opportunity.
