Advising on procedures within the organisation & recommendations to change these if necessary
Development of policies or revision of existing ones
Sit on committee for disciplinary hearings
Corporate governance.

Drafting & Reviewing of Contracts

Advising on risk management issues - representation on risk management committee (TN)
Advising on Intellectual Property issues, e.g. copyright, trademarks, branding patenting - representation on IP committee (MD)
Labour/employment matters
preparing research opinions around certain employment issues that arise within the organisation on instruction from HR
briefing other attorneys to perform work requiring high level expertise in specific fields
Advising re: E-Commerce compliance and other IT related issues
Advising on Corporate Governance matters.
