Ntoza joins the SAMRC with significant HR experience, having led teams in various institutions, such as Old Mutual, Metropolitan Health, Media 24, UCT, UWC, and the Nelson Mandela University. She serves as a non-executive board member of TSIBA Business School.

Ntoza’s sound and broad understanding of the HR profession, saw her over the years, implementing HR best practices, policies and processes. She continues to advocate for meaningful transformation, including digital transformation. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted the importance for Human Resources Management function to be agile and proactively assess its impact on people, jobs, skills and career management.
