  • Ensure the alignment of individual Key Result Areas (KRAs) to those of the units or department as well as those of the organisation
  • Enable the cascading of organisational targets to units and individuals
  • Facilitate process improvement activities or projects
  • Collate performance of support departments against agreed upon SLAs

 

Key functions

  • Manage, coordinate, facilitate and oversee the preparation and development of the SAMRC’S Strategic Plan and Annual Performance Plan (APP),
  • Ensure compliance in line with National Treasury Guidelines and Frameworks
  • Coordinate, facilitate and oversee the preparation and development of Research Units Strategic Plans and APP’s
