Fallon provides administrative and coordination support for different research grant programmes, ensuring activities are completed within approved timelines and budgets. Her responsibilities include assisting with managing award documentation and outputs, liaising with beneficiaries and stakeholders, and assisting with reporting and compliance. She assists in the preparation and administration of funding calls (RFAs), including screening applications, coordinating peer review processes, and facilitating award approvals.
