As a Regulatory and Quality Coordinator, Kerusha ensures that the unit complies with local and international ethical regulations. She is responsible for submissions of the studies conducted at the unit to various regulatory bodies. Her role also includes the management of the Quality Assurance officers based at the sites. She has 12 years of experience in clinical research with previous roles as a Laboratory QA/QC Research Assistant and a Quality Assurance Officer.
