Rose Choeu serves the research staff of two units, The Mental Health, Alcohol, Substance Use and Tobacco Research Unit (MAST-RU) and The HIV and Other Infectious Diseases Research Unit (HIDRU) with administrative support.

She is responsible for administration, organizing and coordinating functions, organizing local and international travel arrangements, procuring office equipment and supplies, monitoring project expenditure, maintaining the database for research material, Assets and Fleet Management, and overall office management.  

Rose holds the following certificates: Practical Bookkeeping and Accounting, Fundamentals of Pastel Accounting, Public Sector Financial Management (PFMA), and Project Management, and she is a member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers and Accountants (ICBA). She is currently enrolled for a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree.
