Noluthando Mpisane is a Scientist in the Mental Health, Alcohol, Substance Use and Tobacco Research Unit of the South African Medical Research Council.

She holds a Master’s degree in Research Psychology from the University of the Western Cape and is a registered Research Psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA).

She is involved in various projects that focus on mental health and substance use. She also works on issues related to HIV and mental health, as well as promoting child and adolescent mental health.
