Biography :

I am currently working at BRIP as a Chief Research technologist where my duties are to perform laboratory experiments that include analytical biochemistry, gene and protein analysis, animal husbandry, histology, immunohistochemistry, and image analysis. Analyse data and write research reports.

I am based in the Molecular lab where my duties are to perform Western blots which entails protein extraction, determination, running acrylamide gels, western blot and training of students and colleagues

My previous experiences include working in a Molecular epidemiology laboratory performing TB DNA fingerprinting analysis.  (Duties included Extraction of DNA, Gel electrophoresis, Southern blots, Assigning Bands using sophisticated Mathematical programme, Gelcompar, Training of students)
