Ms Kedibone Phala is a Senior Laboratory Technologist at the SAMRC/PUDAC. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Sciences, majoring in Medical Microbiology, from the University of Limpopo, and a BSc Honours in Medical Microbiology from Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences University. She has accumulated diverse laboratory experience over the years. She worked as a Laboratory Technician at the Perinatal HIV Research Unit for three years and spent one year in the same role at TASK Applied Science. Additionally, she completed a two-and-a-half-year internship as a Medical Scientist at the National Health Laboratory Services (NHLS), based at Dr. George Mukhari Academic Hospital.
