Contracts Management

The Contracts Management process will encompass the review of research and non-research agreements, for several types of contracts that serve to provide legal assurance and protection to the SAMRC. Depending on the nature of the contract, some contracts will emanate from the pre-award process, thus being the bridge between the pre and post awards and some will emanate from an existing contract as an amendment, extension, sub-contract etc. RIMS will provide a holistic view of the negotiation to conclusion process while ensuring that the workflow facilitates all the stakeholder communication and links to projects.
