Standard Converis setup

This encompasses the basic user login mechanism for internal users through the HR integration using a single sign on mechanism (same network password). For external users, a registration process in in place for the default user role (applicant). For additional roles, there is a simple application process for these to be approved by the relevant stakeholders for the specified process and role required.
