As part of the RICE2 study and the Self-Help Plus (SH+) programme you would have received a copy of the Doing What Matters in Times of Stress book or you may have heard of it from someone else.

In the book there are links to audio clips which you can listen to here on this webpage. The clips will help you to learn and practice easy skills to help you cope with stress. A few minutes a day is all you need to practice these skills and to help you on your journey to better coping.
