Amongst other responsibilities, Paul coordinates community engagement activities by creating and maintaining good working relationships with local stakeholders for the support of research work conducted at site. He also participates and contributes in health forums and structures such as the Provincial AIDS council, District AIDS council and the DoH nerve centre meetings. Paul conducts results dissemination and research updates to the community-based structures. He also assists in the development of strategies to identify and address myths and misconceptions in the community that might have a negative impact on studies conducted at site.
