Vundli Ramokolo is an epidemiologist with a keen interest in (1) the interactions between food security, nutrition and disease, and (2) developmental origins of health and disease. She is an investigator in studies relating to prevention of mother-to-child-transmission, the impact of the Child Support Grant on dietary diversity and child growth, the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on food security and child growth, the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on maternal and child health services, and research on pre-exposure prophylaxis in pregnant and postnatal women.
