Mr Zukile Mfengu is the Chief Officer for Contracts and Budgets in the Mental Health, Alcohol, Substance Use and Tobacco Research Unit. He is responsible for the management of all financial and administrative aspects of contractual grants, legal, and research compliance activities within the unit. He also assists with the preparation of the annual parliamentary report, ensuring the optimal function of the unit through ongoing development of knowledge management systems.
